This place is great! I went in yesterday to get a vape and I had the absolute best customer service experience ever! Devin went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I have bad eyesight and struggle to read the flavors of the vapes on the shelf but I don't typically ask for help with it because I feel bad doing that , I don't like feeling like a pest. But before I even asked for help Devin must have noticed I was having trouble and he stepped right up and he not only read me each one of the flavors but he also gave me a description of each of the flavors! He also addressed an issue i had months ago with service i received from a now ex employee and told me to stop in today so they can make it right! I highly recommend Uptown Vapors, and if you go in there I hope you're lucky enough to meet Devin!😊
